Shipping & returns

Thank you for shopping with us. You may pick up your online purchase in the shop, or we will ship it out to the continental U.S. and Canada (via USPS). For overseas shipping, please email us at [email protected]

In store pick up is free! Please specify the Gainesville or Ocala location in for pick up in "Comments" when you check out.

For items shipping out, orders are packed in our shop with care using recycled materials whenever possible. We ship via UPS and USPS at this time. For gifts, please request gift wrap and what you would like included on an enclosure note for your gift in "Comments". Please note, some larger and fragile items cannot be gift wrapped.

Please allow 1-2 business days (Monday through Friday) for processing of your order, then 1 - 2 weeks for arrival for items in stock. For items out of stock, allow 1 - 6 weeks.

Shipping prices are calculated by our system, then verified after packing. You will be notified for approval of any difference in shipping charges prior to release of your package, should there be one.

Damaged Items - We take special care to make sure all of your purchases arrive in showroom condition. If you receive an item that is damaged in transit, please call us immediately at (352) 401-0800 or email [email protected] The packaging must be saved for inspection by the carrier.  No refund or replacement will be issued if original packaging is not saved.

Returns - Merchandise must be exchanged or returned within 30 days in the same condition as when purchased. Sale items, special orders, custom or personalized items, seasonal decor, and "as is" sales are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.

There are two ways you may return unused merchandise: You may bring it to one of our locations, or return it by prepaid mail within 30 days. A Return Authorization number obtained from us must be on the outside of the package. Returns ship to AGAPANTHUS, 18 SW BROADWAY ST, OCALA, FL 34471. Hand carried items may be returned to either location. Customer is responsible for return shipping fees. C.O.D.'s will not be accepted. Insurance is suggested as only items returned in their original condition will be accepted. 

To obtain a Return Authorization, please email us the reason for the return and how you would like us to proceed with your return/exchange.
