1 FAQ on shipping & more info
1.1 Shipping Cost Adjustments
We do our very best to assure accurate shipping estimates. Upon checkout, a shipping cost is estimate; however, sometimes this cost must be adjusted due to packing materials needed. Customers are notified of any adjustments necessary to shipping costs, and confirmed prior to shipping unless they are in the customer's favor. Should the customer not approve a shipping cost, the order may be cancelled and refund issued asap.
Note: Purchase online and pick up in store. No shipping charges will be applied. Simply chose this option on checkout and indicate which store - Gainesville or Ocala - you will be picking up from. It is a good idea to verify with a phone call if the item is ready.

1.3 I can't change the address on my order.
Unfortunately when you are checking out, our software does not allow you to go back and change the shipping address. Please begin your purchase again, and you will not be double charged if you did not complete checkout. 1.4 Why is backorder 1 - 6 weeks?
Backorders may be filled from the other location (1 week lead time) or from the manufacturer (2 - 6 weeks lead time). Please allow extra time during peak holiday seasons.
1.5 What if an item is backordered? Can I still add it to my registry?
1.6 Gift Wrap
Please request Gift Wrap in "Comments" box on checkout. Some items are too large to gift wrap and then ship. We will advise you if you have requested Gift Wrap and this is the case.
1.7 Do you recycle?
Agapanthus online re-uses high quality and recycled materials for shipping. We have an excellent track record for shipping long distances with everything arriving safe and sound. In store we recycle cardboard and shipping materials we don't need, and use glass and ceramic cups and glasses instead of disposables.
1.8 Lost, Damaged, or Stolen Packages
We want you to receive your package in perfect condition. If your purchase arrives damaged, please keep all packaging, take photos of the shipping box, and contact the carrier immediately to file a claim. Advise us at [email protected]
Theft is an increasingly common occurrence these days. As Agapanthus cannot be held responsible for theft of delivered packages once they are marked "delivered" by the carrier, avoid this possibility by taking the following steps.
"Drop off at shipping address" is the default shipping option. To request "Signature Required", let us know in the "Comments" section of check out.
Avoid theft of your delivered package by shipping to work, or some other location where there is someone present to receive the package during delivery hours, or by requesting a signature upon delivery.
For damaged, lost, or stolen packages that have been delivered, contact the carrier immediately to file a claim. Take photos and save all packaging until claim is resolved.
1.9 I saw an item as available, but now it is not. What happened?
Our system online updates constantly. Sometimes items are purchased in one of the stores that update later. We apologize for any inconvenience. 2 Agapanthus Online Gift Registry
2.1 How do I register?
Registration is easy and it begins by setting up an account. Click here to open and account. You may also register in our Gainesville or Ocala shops.
2.2 What kind of registry is available?
You may register for any special occasion; wedding, birthday, anniversary, wedding shower, baby shower, housewarming, bat mitzvah, bar mitzvah, or more. Just select and start creating your adding to your wishlist!
2.3 I see an item I want, but it won't let me choose it.
This means the item is available but out of stock without backorders. We have thousands of items that we are constantly updating status on, so contact us at [email protected] and we will see if we can make it available for your registry.
2.4 Is there a charge for gift registry?
Gift registry is free. And you may create as many lists as you like.
2.5 I'm not sure what to choose...

2.6 I see you have the brand I like but I'm not seeing the pattern I want.
While not all patterns are on the site at any given moment, if we carry the line (e.g., Lenox), the entire line is available to us and therefore to you. Should you select a pattern that we are not currently showing online, we will immediately add it to the site so you can have it for your registry.

2.7 What is shipping cost?
UPS and USPS are used for items shipped outside of Gainesville or Ocala. Shipping cost is determined at checkout. For local, in store pick up is free and you may use the store address as the shipping address. Gift wrap is also included free of charge, though some items are too large to gift wrap and ship.
2.8 Can I add Gift Registry link to my wedding page?
Your registry list has its own URL and we highly recommend you add this to your wedding page. Email us and we will provide a logo to you.
2.9 When is the best time to register?
This is completely up to you. Most people register at least 6 months prior to their wedding date, or 6 weeks before other events.
