Return Policy

Merchandise must be exchanged or returned for store credit within 30 days. No cash/credit refunds will be given. Special orders and customized items are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.

There are two ways you may return unused merchandise to us. You may bring it to our store or return it to us by prepaid mail within 30 days. Our store address is AGAPANTHUS, 13005 NW 1st Rd, Suite 123, Newberry, FL 32669.

If you do not have your invoice please include a note letting us know why you are returning the item and how you would like us to proceed with your return/exchange.

Privacy Policy

At AGAPANTHUS your right to privacy is something we take seriously. We adhere to strict guidelines for protecting the information you provide us with during a visit to our site.

Email: Our email is permission based, and you may opt in or out at anytime. Information obtained with your permission is your name, mailing address, phone, email, birthday and anniversary dates. Should you choose to opt out, this information is erased from our database in store, and you will not be contacted again without permission.

Webstore Shopping: At point of purchase, credit cards numbers along with associated billing information (billing address, security code of card) is collected for the purposes of processing your credit card, but not published or retained on our system or in our store. Non-published personal data is not shared with any third party at anytime, except for billing information provided upon checkout of a purchase.

When you use our web site you are agreeing to accept the privacy policy of AGAPANTHUS. Feel free to contact us anytime regarding this policy at hello@ShopAgapanthus.com. We reserve the right to make changes or edit this policy from time to time.

Shipping Policy

All packages shipped UPS unless otherwise requested, usually within 24 hours of ordering. Ground, Next Day Air, 2 Day Air, 3 Day Select and in store pick up are also available for items in stock. Shipping is calculated at the time of checkout based on standard UPS rates. We reserve the right to adjust this charge up or down depending upon actual shipping cost and for fragile items. We will notify you to obtain your approval of any change in shipping charge prior to shipping.

If you have an account or preferred carrier, let us know and we will do our best to accommodate your shipping needs and make any refunds necessary.

In Store Pick Up
If you prefer to pick up your item in store, you may do so at no charge.

Drop Ship
Some items (furniture, large quanities) may be drop shipped directly from manufacturer for an additional fee. We will notify you if this looks like it will be an optimal solution for your order.

Back Orders
For items out of stock or backordered, extra time for delivery will be required. We will notify you of any delays to find out how you would like to proceed with your order.

 

Shipping Rates

UPS determines shipping cost by weight. If items can be combined, shipping cost may fall. Customers will be contacted for price verification for any change in shipping cost, for oversized packages, or drop shipment.

Complimentary Gift Wrap

Our unique gift wrap is always complimentary at Agapanthus on regularly priced items. Please specify in "comments" if you would like complimentary gift wrap on your item. For some oversized or oddly shaped items, gift wrap is not available. Include what you would like to have on an enclosure card in the "Comments" section.

Taxes

Florida sales tax of 6% is added to all orders. For in-store pickup, 6.5% is added to Gainesville orders, 7% to Ocala orders.

Damaged Items

All of our items are packaged with care to ensure that they will arrive undamaged. If you receive a damaged item, save the damaged goods, the carton, and the packaging material. Call us at 352.672.6004 or email us at Hello@ShopAgapanthus.com and we will arrange to have the item returned to us.

FAQ

Can I change my order?

If you have completed the checkout process, please call us at 352.672.6004 to cancel the order. If you have not completed the checkout process, you can change the quantity in the Quantity box to zero and click on Update at the bottom of the order.

Can I cancel my order?

If the order has not been processed, it may be possible to cancel it; however, it may have already been processed by the time you contact us.

Will I be notified if the item I purchased is on backorder?

We will notify you as soon as possible upon notification from the manufacturer that your item is backordered, and let you know when it is expected to be available. You will not be charged for the item until it is sent to you, even if it is part of a larger order.

Will I receive an order confirmation?

We send you an email confirmation of your order within 24 hours of when your order was placed (within 48 hours if order placed on Saturday). If you don?t receive confirmation of your order within 24 hours, please email us at Hello@ShopAgapanthus.com so that we may check our system for your order. Please provide us with the name and date the order was placed.

May I return gifts that I receive?

For items kept in stock, we will replace it, exchange it, or give you a gift certificate for the value of the returned gift.
